Hello! Let me introduce myself.
Hi, I’m the Fishmonger’s Wife.
I grew up measuring days by the tide and dinner by the day’s catch. Now I bring that same habit of careful weighing to fast food and diner classics—camera in one hand, notebook in the other. My goal is simple: show you what arrives on the plate, what it costs today, and whether it’s worth your money.
What I actually do
I check live prices in official apps and photograph in-store menu boards, then order the items to measure portions and taste them fresh. Each guide lists price, size, calories (when available), and a plain-English verdict.

Why this site exists
Prices shift by city and even by hour. I keep a running log so you can compare breakfast plates, burgers, chicken, and drinks before you order. Think of me as your dockside spotter: I sort the keepers from the throwbacks and flag the best value of the day.
How to use this site
Browse by chain, scan the price guides, and read the reviews for quick pros/cons. If you spot a price change, send a receipt screenshot—I’ll verify and update the page.
Promise
Independent, transparent, and photo-true. Real portions, real prices, honest recommendations—scouted by the fishmonger’s better half.
